The photos and brochure were done quickly and professionally, and once I approved it, the listing was live within 30 minutes. We had multiple offers within hours! Everyone has been friendly, proactive, and easy to deal with. Communication has been spot on the whole way through. They’ve made the process smooth and stress-free — couldn’t have asked for more.

They managed repair and maintenance issues swiftly and professionally while we were out of the country, and consistently kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. They also successfully let the property quickly and efficiently. Katie and Jasmine have been very easy to reach and helpful throughout the process. Overall, they provide a reliable and professional service, and we would happily recommend them.
7th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

5th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 15th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I had a fantastic experience working with Paige during my recent property purchase. As a Negotiator, Paige has been exceptional from the very beginning. Even though she is new to the role, her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout. She was incredibly proactive, consistently offering me listings that truly matched my specific requirements. Her communication was excellent—she responded to emails quickly and always acted with my needs in mind. What I appreciated most was her balanced approach. While estate agents represent the seller, Paige understood that a deal can only be closed when both parties are supported. She truly stood by me as the buyer, ensuring the process moved forward smoothly for everyone involved. Without a buyer, there is no deal, and Paige’s ability to value and support the buyer's side is a credit to the team. Thank you, Paige, for all your hard work. You have a bright career ahead of you!

From the very beginning they were professional, supportive and always quick to help whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Kate and Robyne who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our sale ended up taking quite a while due to the chain, but they were incredibly patient, proactive and always kept things moving. Their communication was excellent and they really went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Selling a property can be stressful, but having such a dedicated and reliable team behind us made a huge difference. We’re so glad we chose Martin & Co and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you again Kate and Robyne for all your hard work!! ??????

Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.

21st Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot stress enough how horrible this branch is. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any time a concern or question is raised, instead of being helpful, you are met with attitude, excuses, and condescending responses. It’s like they actively enjoy making tenants feel frustrated and powerless.<br><br>From start to finish, this branch shows zero respect or care for the people renting through them. They consistently ignore evidence, refuse to acknowledge mistakes, and seem to think that being unpleasant is an acceptable way to handle complaints. I’ve never experienced such a shocking level of arrogance and unhelpfulness from a lettings office.<br><br>Dealing with this branch is a waste of time, money, and energy. They have no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for tenants. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch entirely, there are plenty of other agencies that actually treat people like human beings.

Sarah, our estate agent, was incredible from our first viewing right down to collecting the keys. She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
