25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)1 Star was too generous. Ignore the good reviews. Appalling service. Clearly short staffed as it's a real struggle to get through on the phone and when you do, you are greeted by staff who must be the most unhelpful and unpleasant people to deal with. No rapport, no engagement, no flexibility and no interest. Open every Saturday AM apart from Bank Holidays, as they close on the Saturday and the Monday. Zero effort from the sales team to nurture an enquiry into a sale. Clearly there must be easier sales to be had.
2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Really recommend Next2Buy, it was quick and easy to get the house on the market and it sold within 10 days after around 15 viewings. Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. A special mention for Wendy who spoke to me every week with updates and helped us through a very stressful few months! Thank you Next2Buy!

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful, and you always feel like you’re speaking to someone who actually cares rather than just being another customer.<br><br>Communication has been great throughout, with questions answered quickly and everything explained clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a local company that offers such a personal service

From the first contact I was reassured I’d chosen the right place and being a small company it was a lot more personable. The communication throughout was professional and I didn’t need to keep on top of things as everything was in hand and went smoothly. Thank you for such a great service.

She provided excellent and empathetic support and truly understood how deeply emotionally and challenging time it was for us and helped us throughout the process. She was on hand to discuss anything that arose and handled unexpected hurdles with professionalism that made a world of difference. We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough.
