3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Jakub Lasia was my dedicated agent at Barnard Marcus, and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service he gave me.<br><br>Moving to London from wales was already a really stressful experience, but Jakub went above and beyond from beginning to end. I actually initially missed out on the flat I wanted because another offer went ahead, and I thought that was the end of it. Jakub didn’t just move on to the next client, he remembered me, kept following up, and when the original offer didn’t go through, he made sure I had the opportunity to secure the flat. I’m now moving into what genuinely feels like my dream home, and I really don’t think I would have got it without his persistence and dedication.<br><br>What stood out most was the personal touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another name or another client. He remembered the little details, checked in with me more than once without me having to chase him, patiently answered my endless questions, and made sure I understood every stage of the process. He genuinely made me feel like finding the right home for me mattered to him too.<br><br>Having dealt with quite a few agents during my search, the difference was honestly huge. Jakub was consistently warm, positive, reassuring and incredibly hospitable. Even when things were stressful, speaking to him immediately made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br><br>That same warmth carried through to the rest of the branch as well. When I went on to discuss my offer, the manager was equally welcoming and friendly, and I left the discussion feeling completely at ease with the agency and my decision.<br><br>Just an all-round brilliant experience. Professional without ever feeling impersonal, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely kind throughout. Jakub is an absolute credit to Barnard Marcus and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. 8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

He was always quick to respond, kept us updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. He was professional, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We'd definitely recommend Zack to anyone looking to rent a property.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have used Rose and Co to rent my property in South Hampstead for 7 years.<br>My flat has become available again this week, it has already been Let.<br>James has been excellent, his communication and professionalism is first class, he goes above and beyond to make sure that I get the best quality professional tenants.<br>Darren has also been top notch, giving me excellent advice, which has helped Let the property in a very short time.<br>I cannot thank James and Darren enough.<br>I highly recommend that you use Rose and Co, you will definitely have the same quality service as I have.

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. It only took 2 weeks from beginning to end - I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property! A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.<br><br>Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

He secured the buyer and then stayed closely involved through the whole process, coordinating with all parties and keeping things moving through to exchange.<br><br>He was responsive, practical and good at chasing things down when needed. It made a real difference having someone keeping on top of the various parties involved and helping get the sale over the line.<br><br>Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Stuart.
