Lee is a relatively new addition to the team, and he has been a fantastic one.<br><br>He has taken care of issues for me in a way I haven’t experienced in the past. He’s extremely responsive, proactive, and has a real “get things done” mentality. Rather than just acknowledging a problem, he follows it through and makes sure it actually gets resolved, usually very quickly.<br><br>Lee has genuinely been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. Thank you for your continuous support and for making such a difference.

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

I recently asked Sam Levy if it was possible to put a railing at the entrance to Talbot Skyline. It was done in days which is very impressive and very much appreciated.
