Cyntia literally saved the day by arranging this beautiful apartment for us, allowing us to move in the very next day!<br><br>It’s honestly mind blowing when you think about it. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to secure a place for us at such short notice. If it wasn’t for Cyntia and her team, I genuinely don’t know what we would have done.<br><br>Thank you so much!

We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.<br><br>We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.<br><br>After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?<br><br>Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they made the whole process of buying a property feel so easy and straightforward. Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!

He has been incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, due to reason on my side, we couldn’t proceed with the property this time. I truly appreciate his support, patience and the way he treated us. I also discovered today that some of his messages had gone into my unknown senders folder, which I had unfortunately missed. Everything was handled smoothly, and they were always happy to answer my questions. Really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them!
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.

4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!<br><br>One star, and only because zero isn't an option.<br><br>I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.<br>For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.<br><br>Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.<br><br>The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.

She went above and beyond to do everything possible to help us secure the house we really wanted, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, we got the house we wanted which we are genuinely so happy and excited about!<br><br>What really stood out was how kind, approachable and supportive Kerry was throughout.
