From the very beginning, the entire process of securing the tenancy was handled with remarkable ease and efficiency. The agency ensured that everything was straightforward, well-communicated, and completely stress-free. Moving can often be overwhelming, but this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. A special mention must go to Richard and Nicola, who were both exceptional throughout my tenancy. They were consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful—always quick to address any questions or concerns, and proactive in making sure everything ran seamlessly. Their approach made a real difference and created a sense of trust and reliability that is often hard to find. The property itself was a wonderful place to live. It was clearly well cared for, and it truly felt like a home rather than just a rental. I’ve had a genuinely lovely time living there, and it’s somewhere I’ll look back on very fondly. Overall, I can’t recommend this estate agency highly enough.

Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. 6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.
23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.
19th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
