21st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I dealt with Druce Marylebone while looking for a flat, and one of their staff members, Amber, was class. What really stood out was that she kept trying to find me the right place and stayed in touch throughout. With some other agencies, after a week you don’t hear much back, but Amber genuinely made the effort. She was professional, always on time, and reliable. She gave me a really good impression of Druce Marylebone, and based on my experience with her, I’d definitely recommend the agency.

This is something that I never expected to write in a review for an estate agent and probably something I may never have the pleasure of writing again lol. Jakub was the one who helped us get a flat. He has honestly been nothing short of a godsend.

1st Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
2nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.
1st Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…

He was incredibly responsive, always easy to get hold of and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>He invested a huge amount of time in us, was always happy to help and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. We really appreciated his patience, professionalism and commitment throughout.<br>A big thank you to Cody for all his hard work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
16th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)It was a pleasure dealing with Hilton Estates who was responsible for selling and renting my property.<br>Manager Janice and a Estate agent named Harvin in particular was very accomodating, his professionalism was outstanding at the same time very supportive and understanding when at times unforseen events would arise. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, as well as being friendly and patient. Again, highly recommend!
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
11th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Updated: Stop asking people to 'raise a ticket'.<br><br>We are customers of businesses at the facility you are supposed to be managing. We are not going to 'raise' anything.<br><br>Get your management person or people working and stop trying to hide behind bureaucracy in order to avoid your responsibilities.<br><br>If you do not address this situation in a now timely fashion, we are going to report regus to Westminster City Council Health and Safety at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/businesses/health-and-safety-work.<br><br>Stop attempting to avoid this issue and get it fixed. NOW.<br><br>ORIGINAL REVIEW:<br><br>Poorly maintained facility.<br><br>The air conditioning in the venue is either incapacitated or non-existent. Either way, this requires tutors run portable units at all times which interferes with lecture audio on quieter units.<br><br>The toilets are terrible. Almost none of the stairwell toilets ever seem to be in order and accessible except for one. Actual floor toilets are disgusting; the male toilets are almost unusable with feces on the porcelain and in some cases on the seats.<br><br>Individual rooms are more or less clean but considering the overall state of the venue against the cost this is not much of an incentive to return.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

24th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Heywoods have been unbelievably professional, efficient, and helpful in every respect when we bought a property through them.<br>If it hadn’t been for their continuous assistance and perseverance, there would have been a very good chance that we wouldn’t now be owning this flat.<br>Having worked primarily with Darren, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in instructing him should we wish to sell the flat, and/or buy anything again through him.<br>In short, the perfect Estate Agency.

10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
