I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL – ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word. As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. Susan Mills has been fantastic at keeping everyone well informed during the process and helping to push things along smoothly. I can’t fault her professionalism and would highly recommend Hamptons.

Without a doubt the best thing about the agents are the team that do the viewings, they are great. Particularly Julia who is exactly who you want show casing your home, she is professional, warm and experienced. Julia without a doubt will sell your home to the right people.

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

We've now bought and sold a property with them, and every time they have been so communicative and helpful. When selling our house this year, Matthew and the team were always there to offer advice and keep things moving, which we greatly appreciated as we were also juggling the arrival of our first baby in the final few weeks leading up to exchange and completion. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future!

10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We had a great experience using Homes Partnership. Our initial contact was with Paul Callaway when selling my mums home following her admittance to a carehome. He was so personable and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had contacted him two years previously when considering selling and went back to him as we were so impressed. Paul had to facetime my mum at the carehome and he was so caring and considerate in making sure she was happy with everything regarding the sale. The house sold really quickly which is down to the advice and marketing organised by Paul. We then had Sarah Evans as our contact for the after sale process. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was always available to chat on the phone or answer any queries. Communication is key when dealing with Estate Agents and Homes Partnership are excellent in doing this. It made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend them. 4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
