From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. There were delays and moments where things felt uncertain, but Stuart was always there as a reliable bridge between me and the seller. He handled everything in a calm, balanced, and professional way, making sure both sides were supported and informed. Honestly, without his patience and reassurance, I might have pulled out much earlier due to the long and slow process. That’s how much of a difference he made. I’m very happy with the outcome and truly grateful for everything Stuart did. Highly recommended—Thank you, Stuart!
5th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Paul Monkhouse and his colleagues have been first class and acted very professionally throughout the sales process. Their communications have been excellent and we were always kept informed as to developments etc.
2nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).
23rd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)We decided to sell our late parents’ home with Hamptons after meeting several agents in Haslemere and the surrounding area. Rachelle, Stuart and the team were excellent throughout the process, always keeping us fully informed on viewings, feedback at every stage from instruction through to exchange and completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons.

18th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)I’ve recently been in contact with the lettings team at Courtney Green Horsham and have had a great experience all round. The team is extremely responsive and managed to ensure myself and my partner were accepted on a property extremely promptly. All properties we saw with Courtney Green were up to a high standard, and since moving we’ve had good contact with the lettings management team as well. Would always recommend this team to anyone looking to rent / buy in the area, specifically Freddie Wilson in lettings! Very personable and responsive character and a lovely person to be in contact with throughout the process!

29th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)My husband and I used Fowlers Estate Agents in Billingshurst to sell our property in Wisborough Green and can highly recommend them. It was a difficult climate in which to sell, but Keith and the team did not give up. Communication was excellent and Lindsay, in particular, was relentless in chasing up the other members of the chain to agree a move date. Our neighbours were very impressed that they received notification as to when their new neighbours were going to be moving in - a nice touch.

1st Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
21st Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I used Cubitt and West as they were local to me whilst selling my house which made it easy to pop in for a catch up. Due to the far reach they have in the south east of England it made sense to use their experience and knowledge of the market. All the staff were extremely helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help on a couple of occasions. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Kerry the office manager for being so positive the whole journey, Kevin for going above and beyond, Nick the sales progressor for keeping me updated with the solicitors and of course Caroline the secretary for her support. It was a long journey and as well as selling my house, I've made some friends in Cubitt and West - thank you to everyone involved :)

Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

27th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

From the first meeting, he identified a potential group of buyers that no other agent had talked about which made us feel very at ease. The photography and listing process was very straightforward, and they managed the viewings process seamlessly. He actually created a WhatsApp group and was very quick to answer questions which was very helpful in what turned out to a long drawn out process (after offer had been accepted). Would work with Sam and AH in a heartbeat if we were moving again.

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

As a first-time buyer I was quite anxious about the whole process, but the team were consistently helpful, approachable and reassuring throughout. They were always on hand when I needed them and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. Their advice was professional and straightforward, and they took the time to explain things properly whenever I had questions. That made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence during what can be quite a stressful process. I’m very grateful for their support and would happily recommend Eltons to anyone buying or selling a property.
