They have always been highly responsive to both general queries and to any maintenance required. Grantley always kept us informed of emergency contacts over the holidays, and proactively informed us of upcoming changes to the letting process/legislation. House visits were organised well in advance, allowing us our privacy. Highly recommended!

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. All calls, emails etc were responded to quickly, and the whole process was very smooth and easy thanks to him. His management of the property during the tenancy is also fantastic. 2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)10/10 – I would recommend Bourne in Godalming without hesitation. We initially had our house on the market with another agent who unfortunately wasn’t able to sell it. After switching, the difference was night and day. From the outset, the team (Adrian, Jim, Tilly) were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. They kept us updated throughout, were always available to answer questions, and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, persistence, and support made a huge difference. We’re delighted with the result and very grateful for all their help. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is responsive, proactive, and goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They always give us plenty of notice of a viewing and leave the house clean and tidy which one would think is normal but past experience has proved otherwise! (different agents).

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
