31st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I started renting from Grantley Lettings, Haslemere 3 Years ago, throughout the tenancy I liked the way that Shonda and her team at Haslemere dealt with things in a positive, upbeat, proactive and professional way. Nothing is a problem. I liked the Grantley lettings service so much that they now let and manage one of my properties. PS Plus......Nice people to deal with.

Rachelle and Stuart were incredibly professional, treating all interested parties honestly and fairly and thereafter super accommodating in facilitating access for various reasons pre-sale. Their paperwork and thoroughness was also first rate. Would strongly recommend!

13th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.

Within 3 days of making contact, Jack Allsobrook visited my home, he provided a detailed valuation and talked me through how a marketing strategy could help get me the best price. He was engaging and showed genuine interest, really impressed.- 14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service by the Horsham team when buying our next home. Emma worked so hard to get the deal over the line, even working on her days off to help! I can't recommend them enough.

Matthew was so helpful throughout the whole process and smooth lined the whole thing including chasing up our solicitors to help keep things moving along. Having dealt with many estate agents over the home buying process I can honestly say the team at Mansel McTaggart Billingshurst stand towers above the rest, including our own estate agent for our associated sale. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks again and fingers crossed for a smooth completion day ????

The efficency of team in both the sale and purchase of the properties has been top level. 11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

12th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Seymours is a company I would recommend although their initial valuation was a bit too high. Their feedback on viewings could be better but everyone is friendly and approachable. The photographer was very slow to take photos of the property.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
