Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

Ours was a drawn out process (nothing to do with KFH) and thoughout Tom was helpful, supportive and quick to respond to our endless questions. Selling the family home was a wrench but made much smoother by Tom and his team- 9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Harry Jones worked tirelessly for us to make sure a slightly tricky chain came through and we successfully exchanged on our sale. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake ??????

9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

Working with Graham and then Azra they guided me through a changing market and provided fantastic advise and communication throughout the process.
