12th May 2026 (12 days ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude.
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Throughout the sales process we found Heritage to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were excellent negotiators and good communicators. The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
