Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

From start to finish she’s been kind, attentive and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible - always on hand to answer questions, chase progress and keep things moving when they might otherwise have stalled. What could easily have been an overwhelming experience has felt surprisingly manageable thanks to Elisabeth. I highly recommend!
3rd May 2026 (17 days ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.

They went above and beyond to ensure my move in happened quickly and painlessly. Would absolutely recommend for a pain free moving experience.

9th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

They have always been available to talk to and they have also helped me resolve issues in my flat by arranging for engineers on my behalf. Would definitely recommend them as agents as they are trustworthy, very good with the management of the property and transparent with fees and services.

He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

12th May 2026 (8 days ago)Shamail is utterly incredible - he’s diligent, kind, understanding, and was fantastic at “getting us” and finding us properties that lined up with everything we wanted We ended up not purchasing through Foxtons as our search found us somewhere perfect that wasn’t listed by Foxtons, but Shamail was supportive every step of the way and made the whole process feel so easy, even when we told him we have found somewhere. A review and some words don’t quite express how much we appreciate Shamail, but hopefully it shines even a glimmer of light on how wonderful he is

24th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Incredibly unprofessional company. They have sold the company to a new firm without notifying any landlords. Hidden fees and not upholding contracts and now being able to actually contact anyone in management has become impossible. Stay far away.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

4th May 2026 (16 days ago)I would highly recommend Marco as the first contact person to deal with in this agency. He was professional, helpful and listened to my p.o.v. However I can't say the same for the branch manager and sales progress person. Both were very biased for the seller and parochial in their views that I felt I was continually up against the agency for every negotiation. As a seasoned landlord I would not chose to work with these individuals if I had a choice. 5 star for Marco though.
