Flora was exceptionally efficient, responsive, and patient in answering all of my questions. Her advice was invaluable and greatly assisted me in my decision-making process. I particularly appreciated her accommodating nature and willingness to show me all properties that met my partner's and my requirements. She truly understood our needs and preferences. From beginning to the end, Steve, Jon and Noah have been incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful which made the whole thing more bearable through stressful times. I really felt like I could trust their professional opinion and they really helped pushing the sale forward with the different parties involved with everyone's best interest in mind. The mortgage advisor they recommended was also really good! Thanks again to the team!!

Derek who showed us around the flat was amazingly helpful, friendly and made the whole process so easy - always happy to answer any of our questions throughout the process right up until and after we moved in. 18th Oct 2025 (20 days ago)They don't respond to email at all. Trying to get in touch for house viewing. If you ever get in contact with Asha, please find someone else. Edit: This company doesn't have your best interest in mind. Asha has got to be the biggest liar known to earth. I've asked her if the house was available and she said that the tenants mentioned that they were planning to staying on. Which clearly isn't true because I found out from the concierge that they were already moved out. She didn't bother to do any follow up as mentioned. He was highly informative throughout, communicated frequently, and kept everything moving smoothly. The referencing process was super efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommend working with him at Northwood. I've rented a few times in London now, and it's never ever been this positive of an experience - Thank you, Arjan!
27th Oct 2025 (11 days ago)I would strongly advise landlords to think twice before using Acorn to manage their property. During a two-year tenancy, Acorn failed to carry out any inspections, leaving my property completely unmonitored. As a result, there is now serious damage and strong evidence of unauthorised subletting — which they failed to investigate properly. When I raised this issue, their response was that “no formal investigation could be carried out due to lack of evidence.” That lack of evidence exists only because they didn’t do their job. Regular inspections are a basic duty of a managing agent, and Acorn completely neglected this responsibility. They claimed they “attempted to arrange inspections a few times” but took no further action when the tenant refused access — no escalation, no written warnings, no notice served, and no communication to me as the landlord. This level of inaction falls far below professional standards and represents clear mismanagement and a breach of duty of care. To make matters worse, they offered just £250 compensation, which is insulting given the financial loss and distress caused. I’ve now had to escalate the matter to their directors and the Property Ombudsman for investigation. If you’re a landlord looking for a reliable, proactive agent — avoid Acorn. Their lack of accountability and professionalism has been extremely disappointing.

Since then, GHE is the only agency we fully trust to manage our property rentals. Anthony, in particular, has been exceptional in every aspect, and his team reflects the same high standards. Anthony, beyond his admirable professionalism, sincerity, insightfulness and attentiveness, stands out as the rare agent in the industry who genuinely cares about his clients interests. His outstanding communication skills and expert support throughout the entire rental process has set him further apart. I cannot recommend GHE highly enough!

They were always positive and professional and worked hard on monitoring and keeping me up to date with progress. I would highly recommend their services and would certainly use them again if I needed to sell a property in the future.

18th Oct 2025 (20 days ago)Really unprofessional agency with low grade agents. I put in an offer of a flat to be told that the vendor was unresponsive. They said as soon as they get in touch with the vendor, they will put the offer and get back in touch. I then discover that they had contacted the vendor, did not put the offer forward and sold it to someone else.

She was friendly and made us feel at ease.- 9th Oct 2025 (29 days ago)Stay away from this agency! As a tenant I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After 12 years of renting they breached the contract by giving only two months notice in the middle of the contractual year. In addition to that they kept for themselves £1700 deposit without giving any explanation. Pure rubbish!
- 2nd Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. After a year without any issues in the property, the agency initially agreed to a renewal offer for another year. We signed the new tenancy agreement, but just a few days later they cancelled the contract and served us with a Section 21 notice. My wife is pregnant, yet they showed no care or consideration for our situation. They have ignored our emails and responded with poor excuses for not renewing the tenancy. It feels as though they only prioritize the unreasonable requests of the landlord, while treating tenants like we should just pay and remain silent. This experience has been deeply frustrating and very disappointing.
