Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

17th May 2026 (3 days ago)When we were selecting an Estate Agent, James stood out for his professionalism and clear experience in the market. We felt that James' background was more important than what the large firms were pitching on (network etc) and we are so glad we made that decision. We had multiple offers within days, and we were very pleased with the price being in the region he saw the value of the house. James had clear communication, negotiated well on our behalf and nudged the conveyancing process nicely (a skill not to be underestimated). We were vendors selling from abroad, and we would highly recommend Maalems and James to anyone selling in Earlsfield and surrounds.

16th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London

14th May 2026 (6 days ago)Really terrible experience. Had to report to property ombudsman following the agent calling me “little miss impatient”. Before this the agent repeatedly kept pushing me to post reviews and share recommendations of him on Crystal Palace locals facebook page.
