The agents at Streatham Hill are quite simply as a group simply excellent. In particular, I can’t but highlight Tyler Millard who was ultimately in charge of my sale. He was at all times and without fail extremely communicative, supremely helpful, outstandingly professional, completely understanding and productive in all aspects of his work. His overall care of my case extended from initial visits through to exchange and I could not endorse, nor thank him enough.I thoroughly recommend him and the whole firm with my utmost thanks for all their hard work. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

16th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Throughout the purchase of our flat, Soraya J's help was invaluable. From the first viewing she was proactive, very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. We hit various issues - some small others potentially serious - during the course of the purchase but her ability to bring parties together to get answers and find information quickly which otherwise would have been really difficult was outstanding. Very highly recommended indeed. We couldn't have been in better hands.

I found all the staff to be really helpful, approachable and professional, offering useful advice on the best way to proceed and pricing. The marketing as done to very high standard and they were were able to find a buyer pretty rapidly. The sale went on for a the usual extended period and during that time they were always available to help with queries and issues as they came up.
24th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10

As a first-time landlord, I needed all the information and guidance I could get, and the support was really helpful. I’m glad I chose Acorn, especially since there were other options available. What really drew me to them was Damian's straightforward and honest approach, which is something everyone appreciates. As soon as our property was on the market, he had a suitable tenant ready and waiting. The process was so quick. I hope the journey continues just as positively.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 18th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Valuation accuracy was slightly off, with a price reduction needed. However market conditions are tough with a lot of uncertainty and they were transparent with this. Initial communication on coming to the market was not great, with my main contact having to repeatedly be chased for updates. But when we got into a flow, communication improved. However first impressions count. Local market knowledge is excellent and with a smallish catchment area and good inter-office network I felt I was well represented.
