She made the process much easier for myself and my housemates, and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend using both Kate and the company.

He went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible. I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. I could tell he truly cared about finding me a place and not just doing a job. he should get a raise.
13th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. Special mentions for Romany Rimmer, Mike Hall, Liz Nascimento, Camille McQueen and anyone else we forgot on the team that has contributed. Thank you Rampton Baseley. Simon and Geraldine

Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

Although they initially did my valuation i went with Annother estate agent which a friend had recommended which was a bad decision. However James kept in touch,once out of contract I moved over to Oaks. Michael and sol came to view the house and asked questions. Viewings started relatively quickly and frequently. I received an offer not too long after. Michael held my solicitors to task. He frequently emailed them and kept me constantly updated.The whole process moved swiftly without any issues. I would recommend oaks ,it was been a fantastic stress free experience selling my house with them All in the month of my birthday ! Thankyou Michael and the team.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.
