From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

24th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Horrible experience with this office. They sent an electrician (First Place Electrical Services Ltd) to check electricity (when we were out of country) at end tenancy. Electrician left heating/boiler on and we were away that entire month (December) so incurred a huge bill (we sent proof of usage when electrician went in flat vs normal usage, and tickets that we were out of country). Hamptons and the electrician ignored us; completely unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting to authorities and Ombudsman. A shame as the service from Federica from this office to find another tenancy was excellent (and was checking in on this matter). Rest of the office had a "dont care / you cannot do anything about it" approach on our matter.

She will always voluntarily put in the extra effort in explaining matters via e-mail and phone calls and I would thoroughly recommend her and the team and her branch in managing tenanted properties.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

1st May 2026 (6 days ago)No complaints with Winkworth through the process of purchasing our new family home. Gibson in particular was an extremely good communicator and kept us fully up to date when required throughout the process. There were certainly moments where we leant on him for a calm and experienced voice as the ups and downs of a property purchase were navigated! Thanks Gibson and team.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. Even after moving in, he was profoundly attentive and helpful. I couldn't recommend him more to anyone seeking an incredible place to live, and more importantly, a smooth process for finding your new home.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him to find our home!
31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.- 20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought. Use your brains and opt for better letting agencies.
