17th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)From the initial contact everyone was really friendly, called back when they had promised, booked a viewing without setting up an account or sending tons of property emails that do not meet our search criteria. The viewing was at the time agreed and I felt it was very respectful to the tenant to have a group viewing on one day. Property had multiple offers and the bidding process was clear and fair. A very positive experience!

29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had our challenges with buyers lower in the chain pulling out and us risking losing the house we had set our hearts on, however Louise and the team on particular Nicola worked tirelessly to keep things moving, even working on days off to ensure she got the sale over the line. It was a very stressful 8 months but we never once lost faith in the Wards at Welling team and would always recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents they can trust. We want to say a huge thank you to them all .

While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent

I know this seems an unlikely word to use, but the process from start to finish with Andrew, Brenda and the team meant they were allways one step ahead of things to guide the way, alay any fears. Communicating always with clarity, grace and intelligence ensured the process never felt unpredictable, our out of control. It seems clear to me they like their jobs and the enthusiasm and quiet confidence they demonstrated created a sense of calm for us. Thank you again Richard, Brenda and Hunters team for a job well done.

The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I knew Barnard Marcus had an agency in Peckham, it felt local. Liam (Small), the Manager, immediately booked an appointment to visit my apartment to discuss the sale. Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
