The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Made all the right noises but ultimately didn't deliver. I gave them my property to sell. In 8 weeks received no proactive feedback. No updates on viewing or, feedback. Didn't even respond to messages in a timely manner. Stay clear.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

What really stood up was their thorough follow-up after the purchase along the years. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive estate agent. 5 stars!
30th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold. In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent. Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice. 11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

She was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to coordinate with both the contractor and landlord to get the problem resolved quickly. Her efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the excellent service!
