She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)What a pleasure it has been dealing with Bethan and her sales team at David Andrew. Having had 2 sales fall through with another agent due to lack of following up after the sales were agreed we were pretty much at our wits end. However dealing with David Andrew has been a completely different experience. We very swiftly had 2 offers and once the offer was agreed Bethan and Todd stayed in close contact with everyone so that any potential problems were 'nipped in the bud'. An absolute breath of fresh air after out previous experiences, I could not recommend them more highly.

Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.- 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience working with Alex R. She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldschmidt & Howland to anyone buying or selling and I would absolutely work with them again.

25th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I wrote the review below some 3 yrs ago and I would now like to update it as follows:<br><br>I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a different Lettings Agent as that property unfortunately falls outside of Neilson & Bauer’s territory.<br><br>This has only reinforced my belief that Neilson & Bauer, led by their down to earth, tell it as it is, legendary, Don Lacovara are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.<br><br>I have had to repeatedly turn to Don’s good nature and ask him about the various different and somewhat frustrating approaches and ways of doing business this other agent has and Don has obliged by calmly guiding me through this turmoil.<br><br>I think it is about time that Neilson & Bauer expand their regional reach.<br><br>Written 3 yrs agp:<br>I am always taken aback at how professional, efficient and effective Neilson Bauer are in getting the job done. Don in charge of lettings is my go to person when I need a flat let.
