22nd Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Have had to take the property of the market and will probably relist. It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

7th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!- 1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)What can I say? 4th May 2026 (5 days ago)Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
