25th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Gotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!

I have just recently had surgery, and still did my best to show up early for the scheduled viewing. However, no one showed up, and it's completely unprofessional. They did not even call, or send an email to say they cannot attend. Very disrespectful. I recommend this to no one at all. Horrendous experience. No respect for others.

Being new to the United Kingdom and London, her knowledge of different neighbors and renting practices was hugely helpful. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. 18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Even in the office when I placed my offer, my booked estate agent had to leave for a different meeting. I paid a holding deposit, didn’t receive the answer from the landlord for weeks (although I was told it will happen within one week) and now I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. The estate agent doesn’t answer and doesn’t care! I am thinking about taking legal advice!!!
