If they can’t be bothered to return a simple enquiry, it speaks volumes about how this branch operates and suggests a lack of professionalism across the company as a whole. Poor service all around

Communication was easy, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We truly appreciated their kindness and reliability over the years. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring landlord.

We are particularly indebted to Jeremy, who as part of this small family business was relentless in keeping us up to date, with encouraging remarks and professional advice. No other agent comes close to the friendly and efficient service. Brian and Mary
29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

Recommended top class- 1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve just sold a 3 bed penthouse at 500 Chiswick Road. Lewin initially got us hooked in with proactive advice, which got us listing with KF exclusively. Fabienne took over and partnered with us for almost 18 months. Without her help, the sale wouldn’t have happened. Fabienne is a rare find and the whole package: if you were to list your ideal agent, you’d find Fabienne ticks all the boxes. Having spent yrs headhunting talent, I can assert with confidence that she’s got it. Values, humour (and did we need it!), she’s indefatigable, with razor sharp intelligence, she’s thorough, responsible for forging through sizeable roadblocks…I could go on forever. If we ever sell our family home, it wouldn’t occur to us to look elsewhere. In a congested market, she’s head and shoulders above the rest I've ever met.

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Avoid - rude, dishonest, would not trust as either a buyer or seller Signed up in person summer 2025 as a buyer. No info sent through in months. In December sent multiple requests via Zoopla for a viewing of one of their properties. No reply. Called main office. Finally get one email to arrange viewing; I reply six times and nothing. Physically go into office March 2026 (house is still on market / unsold) and get patronised rudely by a team member - "we couldn't prioritise you as a viewer" "this is how markets work" (thanks I've bought & sold two places before). Told me they'd book me in for viewing; no follow up. It's pretty clear they overprice houses that they don't sell - this one is still on the market as of end April 26 (it was reduced a full six months ago) which was confirmed by friends who live locally "avoid them, terrible reputation". I wouldn't want to partner with such poorly organised / low integrity agents to sell my place, or want to work with them on buying somewhere.
