2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We brought our a first-home with them , I was nervous about the whole process, but working with Davidson Gold made everything so much easier and less overwhelming. From our very first conversation, they were friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient — no question was ever too small, and they took the time to explain every step clearly. Big Thank you to Ian and Shiran.

Their only strategy for looking for new buyers was to continually lower the price.- 30th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I rented for 6 years with AtoZ and I had a very good experience with both the agency and landlord. From the beginning the communication was clear, professional and clear. The property was well maintained, and the landlord was approachable, helpful and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was in good order. The estate agency was always efficient, organised and supportive throughout the tenancy.<br>Overall I would highly recommend both the estate agency and the landlord to anyone looking for a reliable and positive experience.<br><br>Thank you for making these 6 years smooth and enjoyable.

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.
15th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

They were instrumental in getting things over the line, and I truly cannot thank them enough. While the process itself was far from easy and not something I’d want to go through again, having the Baker and Chase team by my side made all the difference. Their professionalism, dedication, and calm guidance were invaluable. Thank you again for everything!
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.

20th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.
