The team was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Abdul and Janet, who were my main points of contact. They were both friendly, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small. Abdul was especially supportive and clear in explaining every step, while Janet was always quick to respond and very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to their guidance and dedication, everything went smoothly and on time. I’m truly grateful for all their help and can’t recommend Churchill Estate highly enough. As well as their extensive experience, geniune knowledge of the market, and being total professionals throughout the process, Matt, Hetal and Mary all have excellent people skills (rare in this business) and are brilliant to deal with. We have been with other agents in the area before and none even came close. They found us a great buyer in a difficult market and helped them and us at every stage. Can’t recommend highly enough! *****

The team was professional, friendly, and made everything feel so seamless from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions, but they were always happy to help and no question ever felt too small. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and exciting. I’m so pleased I chose Gracechurch Property Services for my first home purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
16th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.
1st Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.
29th May 2025 (1 year ago)We rented a great property through Bennett Mason for over four years. Alex was an excellent agent - always responsive, respectful and straightforward to deal with. Any issues we had were sorted quickly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

22nd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
