He was proactive throughout the selling process. He arranged multiple house viewings leading to a quick sale and finding a right buyer. I was impressed by his professional approach, time keeping and clear communication. He promptly answered calls and messages, keeping us informed about every development. He is the agent I did recommend to our family friend, too. Their corporation also resulted in a successful sale of the property.

26th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)David Astbury's turned a failure into a success. We had a property sale fall through and relaunched the property. Within two days Ceyda and Simon at the Hampstead branch had launched the property and were booking viewings. The vendor was experiencing a lot of stress due to fall through and Ceyda helped bring peace of mind to our vendor. Within a matter of a few weeks we had an agreed sale. This was exceptional service and great client experience. Simon and Ceyda have also been amazing through out the sales progression and we have a very happy and satisfied vendor at FLYP. Well done team. Amazing work.

16th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

21st Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review for the team at Your Move, Watford. After getting three valuations, I decided to go with the agents who were honest and professional, rather than the one that overpriced the property, in order to get the seller onboard, or the other who thought he could sell,sell,sell! My gut reaction was right, they were honest, supportive, professional, communicative and spot on with everything they said and did. My sale fell through a couple of times so it was pretty stressful, but they did everything in their power to push it over the line and I am very grateful. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I will go straight to them when I sell again. Thank you for a service beyond expectations team Your Move Watford!
6th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Used Sunny from SH properties to sell a flat. They had 2 viewing in 6-7 weeks. In contrast I had 3 viewing in 1 week with another agent and 2 in the following. It shows you how bad their management is of the property. There was little feedback and I had go constantly chase on a weekly basis. I wouldn't get call backs. They don't advertise on Rightmove. Photographs were poor. It just wasn't very professional at all. It was not a good experience.

From the outset, Nicky and her team were professional, approachable and responsive. After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation. Special thanks to Debbie and, in particular, Mark who ably managed buyer through the sales process. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your North London property needs.

29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I’m sad to say I’ve had a terrible experience buying a flat with Zac Coon & Oakhill. I have not met an agent that has so little concern for their reputation over the close of a sale. I bought a property that I was not able to live in for over 2 months, and it transpired that the agent was well aware that issues would not be resolved on time. The agent reached out to me to complete the purchase at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Promising that everything would be resolved, when in fact they had seen through another buyer that the issues would not be resolved. When that buyer complained, the Oakhill agent asked if they would consider them to resell the property they had just helped them purchase - the cheek! I would never recommend anyone to use this place.

24th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. For this reason I would definitely recommend Highcastle Estates, Panay and Rica. Five stars. Thank you Rob

Larry has been amazing and has communicated with me quickly with all the information throughout the whole process, answering any queries I had. So lovely and always so quick at replying and resolving issues. They made the experience so much easier and are the best agents I have dealt with in London This has been the smoothest and easiest journey from start to finish and I am greatly looking forward to renting with canary for the foreseeable future. 13th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY BURNT DOWN THE APARTMENT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK UNTIL I WROTE A POSITIVE REVIEW. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS! THE LANDLORD ALSO DID REALLY SHADY STUFF. When they flooded the building after the fire and they stopped the power so no one gets electrocuted, he offered the other tenants to steal electricity from the supermarket nearby. Everyone, from the agents to the landlords they work with are frauds. The tenants told me that before I moved in, the landlord received a warning about electrical issues in the roof (which is where the fire happened) and he never fixed them. Jay, the agent was extremely unhelpful, condescending, didn't show understanding and just tried to silence me. The landlord Azis, was extremely vulgar, misogynistic and they took from my rent money in order to get me a hotel when the fire happened. Which I only found out after the bill had to be paid, because initially they told me they would cover it. But I was a student and I couldn't really stand up for myself because I had to survive. They knew that, and they took advantage of it. The least I can do is share this horrific story so other people know what they are actually dealing with.

20th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
