A Portico staff member has be committing fraud by misleading me in the property business I invested with a portico staff member! I trusted this individual Due to her knowledge and background in the property industry via Portico! I am now facing a legal battle which has caused me a lot of financial and mental stress. It’s been 3 years and still on going. The property has no kitchen and the staff member is living in the house without a kitchen which is disgusting. She’s had two different boyfriends stopping me from entering my home which has made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m very ashamed of Portico for not listening to my concerns! I highly recommend to not do business with Portico Estate Agents! ????????????????????

Having worked with them on a number of occasions now, I will not be looking to any other agents in the local area. 8th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

Xav and Joanna were really helpful in taking us through the process of finding a place to rent and responsive to all of our questions.- 15th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!

From the initial viewing, i was met with a professional yet friendly service. I was frequently updated on the progress and everything was explained clearly. Being a first time buyer I had lots of questions, Andrew was super helpful and patient at explaining everything. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Andrew and the rest of the team.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

A week and a half between our flat going live on Rightmove to an offer accepted at full asking price, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Great communication via WhatsApp and all our questions answered straight away. Highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.
