She made the process much easier for myself and my housemates, and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend using both Kate and the company.

Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

17th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

24th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)We've been in search of a flat for a while, and apart from not being satisfied with the properties, the agent we initially dealt with lacked warmth and didn't seem very accommodating. However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.
