We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!
10th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I wouldn't rent from Holly. I have encountered many estate agents in my life fortunately some still have their humanity and will take each case as it comes. Some are programmed robots who just repeat what they have been told. I am so glad I am a human being with my humanity still in tact. Can't say the same for Holly. So glad I won't be renting from Hamptons. So glad I got to choose a career path that actually contributes to the greater good of humanity.

They know the area exceptionally well, no question or concern goes unanswered and their communication is top notch. I’m planning to stay in the lovely place they’ve brought into my life, but I would choose them to represent any sale I might do in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a true, expert level agency.

5th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

10th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

6th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
