10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

25th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Our recent experience on purchasing a property through Leaper Stanbrook has renewed our faith that there are still some estate agents who are proud of the industry they represent and the role they play within the community. The whole team were involved at various times and the communication from them was excellent. The anxiety that we all experience at these times disappeared and the process was actually enjoyable! We would like to particularly acknowledge Ollie Bean, whose enthusiasm and attention to detail was outstanding. He had uncanny ability to know when to call us when we needed reassurance and worked diligently liaising between ourselves and the vendor. Thank you so much Ollie! Barbara & Richard Reuss

Refused to answer any questions relevant to enable purchase to proceed after paying for property survey. Thank you John & all at S & C ??????

He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Like many others, all they want is your signature on the agreement, they put it on rightmove etc and that's it. No one does any work anymore. Not even a call from them after going "live". Not recommended.

I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Nothing has been too much trouble and the communication has been brilliant.<br>Wendy is one of the most “non estate agenty” people we have met. She has been lovely to deal with and has been so helpful. We liked her good knowledge of the house and area.<br>Eloise was the person who chased our purchase and she did an exceptional job chasing everyone to completion - it wasn’t always straight forward but she persevered and we got there in the end<br>All in all a very happy and successful experience and I would thoroughly recommend Surridge Mison Estates.
