From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine support, which made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. A special shout-out to Linda, who conducted the viewings. She was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with all my requests—even when it meant arranging multiple appointments. Linda always had a warm, welcoming smile and carried herself with such knowledge and positivity that it truly reflected the company in the best possible way. She made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I’d also like to thank Michelle and Jack, who were instrumental in progressing the purchase. Their support, communication, and dedication ensured everything stayed on track, and I always felt reassured knowing they were there to help. To the whole team at Sander Wright Freeman—thank you. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. Their honesty and integrity really stood out—we felt we could trust their advice completely. We unreservedly recommend them.
9th May 2026 (15 days ago)As a Stirchley local of 9 year I popped in to enquire about a property for my partner that was for let in the window along many others which where available,upon walking in i was told nothing was in fact available and that all the posters where wrong and that they could not take my details for the future as it was for my partner,(bare in mind i stated that she and i would be attending the viewings and she would also be able to come in to meet the required individual) and i was treated with nothing but hostility and sarcasm from the owner mike oakton himself who stated that 'thats why i havent found anything yet becuase im a stand in for finding and booking a property to view', at which point him and he's colleague laughed at me, absolute distgusting and patronising behaviour especially when your genuinly looking for help! Will not be using again and i do not recomend, they spoke to me with nothing but a condescending tone! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Would give zero stars if that was an option.... i genuinly dont want to use the race card but thats how they have singled me out and made me feel , which is a shame with myself being a local to stirchley... never ever again, if thats the owner treating me like that i never want to meet his staff! My partner not being present surely does not impede our options of booking a property for us to view at a future date, as the past few weeks this has not been an issue with any other landlord or estate agent...Madness to treat people of your comminuty like this, such a shame when you feel a sense of belonging only to be treated in such a belittling way!!!

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, looking forward to go ahead with their services for my property.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

On the few occasions she didn't have an immediate answer, she'd come back to me within the hour. Eventually found exactly what I was looking for, which I genuinely wasn't sure was going to happen at the start.
