16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We were very happy with Compton Reeback, who managed our flat when it was rented out and then handled the sale. They were efficient and responsive managing the rental and our tenants spoke highly of them. For the sale, they found a buyer at close to asking almost immediately on instructions and Julian managed the process from there very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I cannot thank them enough. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances. This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation. Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer. I never had to follow up once and all steps followed promptly until I moved in. Avi's colleagues were super helpful too whenever Avi could not attend to me at the time. If you are looking for a letting agent who will be responsive, helpful and prompt; go to Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd.

Yasser is professional, very persistent and communicated all information, and gave me the confidence that he would handle the buyers and negotiate on our behalf. Steve Dixon helped with day to day queries and kept me informed at every stage. Steve was always courteous, and communicated well. I have been in the property business from 1988, but Adam Hayes - Yasser & Steve, have been the best estate agents i have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
