She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

26th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We were delighted with the personal service and professional advice we received from Shash Stephens. She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

23rd Mar 2026 (5 days ago)On a good note, the office staff are very helpful and were quick to help and had good communication. On the other hand, had a viewing today at a property and honestly I’ve never had such an experience with a housing agent. I’m still confused to be honest. 1. Attended the property and the agent didn’t even greet or clarify who I was. The first thing she said to me was “You can’t park there please use the parking at the display over there as there’s traffic wardens”. Fair enough and appreciative, once I parked and met up with the estate agent she didn’t introduce herself and she didn’t clarify who I was so I could’ve been a stranger. Basic customer service couldn’t even be met. 2. A viewing has been booked in for a property that is getting work done to it, again… confused. I travelled over an hour to a property that was being painted when I was there so I couldn’t even see the property properly due to all the works going on. (Staff were lovely that were working so not a remark against them but I would hope if you’re going to visit a potential home you would be informed if there’s work going on so you can decide whether it’s worth the trip or not. 3. I’ve been to viewings before and this was honestly the worst experience. I felt uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of my interaction. There was no follow up, no questions just bye and that’s it. The whole viewing was just awkward if that’s the best way to describe it. Thanks to the reception staff that helped me out prior to my viewing and for their kindness and support in answering questions I had previously.

28th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I appointed Daniel Mchenry as my agent to sell my flat, he not only showed a more positive approach from another agent, he pitched the property at a higher value. The buyer was found through a masterstroke on Daniels part, offered very close to my asking price, there was good communication, I'm very happy with the outcome.
11th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)As a resident of the building managed by this company and I am concerned about the security measures currently in place. Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
