I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

19th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The worst estate agency ever to exist. Building not even registered via Barney council. Building isn’t levelled. Kicking people out for no reason then increasing the rent. Landlord unreliable. Disrespectful. Please do your research before renting a place under Chris Anthony. Everyone at Britannia house has been handed a random section 21 out of no where.

10th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

They look after the management of our estate and have made many improvements, all of which have had a really positive impact. Joanna and her team are professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with, always keeping us informed and addressing any issues promptly. It’s reassuring to know our estate is being managed so well, and I would highly recommend Joanna and the team at Novus Residential.

Throughout the process, the team was professional, supportive, and easy to communicate with. There were some unexpected issues during the transaction which caused quite a bit of delay, but they did a great job coordinating between all parties and helping move things forward. I really appreciate their support and would happily recommend I AM Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

21st Mar 2026 (11 days ago)They put sold on my property which they haven’t even sold giving absolutely false statements they valued the property at £240,000 bringing it down to £200,000 and wanted me to lower the price even more to around £150,000 totally unacceptable.
23rd Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Marriott Vernon are professional, efficient and so easy to work with. They are communicative and helpful - they gave excellent advice throughout the selling process and employ much better photographers than other Estate Agents - the photos we received from them were worlds apart from our previous EA who failed to sell our property and barely communicated with us. We had a great experience selling through them and would recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Alison who was so helpful and simply a joy to interact with!
5th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Overall I am disappointed with the service. My impression is that they gave a great valuation and conveyed a confidence in their ability to meet this. Once we signed up with them they then started to talk down the market, the area, the property, the economy etc. to pressure us into a sale at a disappointing price.
20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)James and the team have been great from the offset. They have ticked all of the boxes. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
