19th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Update: Having rented a property from Kubie Gold for the last 2 years and now moving out I wanted to reaffirm the 5* rating I had initially given. They Kubie Gold have been a pleasure to deal with the whole time - always responsive, professional and polite. Any issues reported within the flat were addressed quickly and in an effective manner. Big thanks to Akbar and Kevin as well as the rest of the team who have made the tenancy such positive experience. Would highly recommend. Initial Review: Excellent, professional and efficient. I had a great experience working with Akbar to secure a new flat to rent. After getting in touch with Kubie Gold I was able to arrange a viewing later the same day. The whole process was very quick and efficient; within a day of viewing I was able complete the necessary checks and sign the tenancy agreement, receiving the keys later that same week. Throughout out the process Akbar made himself available and quickly addressed any questions I had while proactively helping in any way possible to make the whole experience as smooth as possible (and continues to do so). Cannot fault the service I had received in any way, and would highly recommend.

Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!
18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This review specifically concerns Rubel at Benham & Reeves, and the way he handled our tenancy. Our experience with Rubel suggests a troubling pattern: everything appears smooth until you raise legitimate concerns. The moment issues are pointed out, whether about maintenance, communication, or property readiness, his tone shifted noticeably. Tenants who ask reasonable questions or expect basic standards should not feel that doing so will negatively affect how they are represented by Rubel to landlords or other parties. Professional agents separate personal frustration from factual representation. In our experience, Rubel did not consistently demonstrate that separation. If a tenant raises concerns about management standards, that should not result in them being portrayed unfavourably. We would strongly advise landlords to carefully review how Rubel is managing their properties and how tenant relationships are being communicated on their behalf. This is not a reflection on every individual at Benham & Reeves, but it is a serious concern regarding Rubel’s professionalism and approach.

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!
10th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)We sold our property with Stadium. It was a complicated property transaction due to a chain, our leasehold, and the building safety act. The staff, in particular Goran, Alex and Graham, were helpful, polite and understanding at all points of the process. Their rates were more competitive than the high street chains and they provided a higher level, bespoke service for us. We put our flat on the market with another agent (high street chain) and Stadium achieved a significantly better offer for us.<br><br>They quickly found a new rental tenant for our buyers' flat, speeding up the process and saving us thousands of pounds. They helped us chase freeholders and solicitors at times when our own solicitors did not. Their hard work and dedication got the deal over the line. They were communicative, answering all emails promptly.<br><br>Much appreciated Stadium, thank you!

He acted as the agent when our daughters purchased their first flats and was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Gary consistently chased both parties to keep everything moving smoothly and well managed. His communication and dedication really stood out, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone buying in the area.

He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism, especially as we were managing a rental remortgage alongside a purchase mortgage at the same time. What could have been a stressful and complex situation felt much more manageable thanks to his clear communication and supportive approach. He was always helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain everything. We truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend this company.
