11th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.
2nd Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

2nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

22nd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. 22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The agent would suggest that we had more viewings than we did and seemed quite aggressive when discussing why potential buyers didn't progress further- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

From the very beginning, Trupti and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time an issue came up—whether it was maintenance, documentation, or general queries—they responded quickly and always made sure things were resolved smoothly. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. They consistently worked around my schedule, which made everything—from inspections to repairs—so much more convenient. Communication was always easy and professional—Trupti especially was a joy to deal with, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. As estate agents go I cannot praise AKS enough I was kept informed with regular updates, regular calls to talk about progress and just accepted an offer !
