I needed professional assistance with serving legal documents to my tenant, and they handled the entire process with complete efficiency. Beyond just the paperwork, they provided invaluable advice on current regulations and other compliance requirements I wasn't fully aware of. Their expertise saved me a lot of stress and potential legal headaches. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to any landlord. They are clearly experts in their field and deliver their service with a personal, professional touch. Excellent communication throughout.

I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! As a current tenant, I’m happy that they are managing the flat well now with prompt assistance??????????????????

7th May 2026 (17 days ago)Martyn Gerrard are exceptional estate agents. We had put an offer in on a home we wanted to buy but needed to sell our 2 bedroom maisonette to finance it. The pressure was on but within 1 week Martyn Gerrard found us a great buyer and negotiated his offer up to an amount that worked for us. The buyer they found was high quality as well, moving quickly themself but also being patient in our chain when needed. Martyn Gerrard managed the whole sales process seamlessly. They are more expensive compared to some competitors (we got valuations from 2 other firms who would have charged less) but they are worth every penny. I don’t think anyone else could have delivered the results they have! Will recommend them to everyone I know. Special shoutout to Adriano who is just exceptional!

1st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I met Yvonne from Bairstow Eves when I was looking for a new property in the area and I was impressed by her professionalism and her expert knowledge of the industry. She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.
8th May 2026 (16 days ago)Having previously struggled to sell our property with Barnard Marcus and Martyn Gerrard we were sceptical Hamptons would be any better, but how wrong were we! Hamptons were exceptional from the start of the process to the end, Debbie in particular was an angel! Debbie knew our property inside out and really sold the house for every viewing, resulting in 2 offers! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again in the future and won't be considering any other agents for the job!

24th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Vanessa McCallum are experts in the local market. They will give you a realistic valuation, rather than wasting your time making over-inflated promises on value. I decided to sell with them for this reason, and also because they did not immediately start trying to sell me financial products, which I always find off-putting. Vanessa McCallum Estates obviously care very much about the community they serve, and they worked hard to find a lovely family to buy my property. A friendly and professional service throughout. I wish the team every success as they totally deserve it.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

6th May 2026 (18 days ago)Selling my late fathers apartment was far from a straightforward process. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

30th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.
