2nd Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. 10th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

8th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I recently sold my house through Havilands and found the whole team to be hard working, pleasant to deal with and efficient. It was very apparent how hard they worked to find people to view my property and I had a steady flow of viewers until the property sold. Although house sales/buys are seen as one of the most stressful things to do, I found that the team managed things so efficiently and pleasantly that I didn’t have that experience at all. I definitely recommend Havilands to anyone selling their home.

Throughout the visit, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive market knowledge, and a clear understanding of the local property market.<br>His advice was insightful and easy to understand, and the marketing strategy he presented was particularly impressive well thought out, detailed, and tailored to maximise the property's potential. The valuation and assessment exceeded my expectations and gave me complete confidence in his expertise.<br>I would not hesitate to use Scott again when I come to list my property and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and proactive estate agent in Hayes.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
11th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We booked a viewing with Jo and we arrived 15minutes early. Waited 45 minutes in total. Called them from the start multiple times about their estimated eta. Always said back coming soon. No correspondence from them about lateness. They never showed up or told us to reschedule. Extremely disappointing. Never experienced this with any letting agency ever. Could not be trusted as reliable.

6th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Selling my late fathers apartment was far from a straightforward process. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

I was guided from start to finish by the helpful team, who were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The advice and guidance given helped navigate through what are tricky times on the housing market: the guidance on how best to market my house proved effective and I quickly had a good offer. With ongoing help from the Chas Lowe team, I felt confident and supported. The sale is now completed with no 'hiccups' and I am really glad I used their services.
