We had been looking for a rental property for over 2 months and had dealt with several different agents. Marco from Connells was exceptional! He was honest throughout and guided and assisted us throughout. During the process we had a little hitch from our side and even during that, Marco stayed professional, calm, kind and understanding. He was respectful throughout and we felt like he was genuinely trying his best for us. We could not have asked for a better agent. Thank you Marco for the exceptional service.

Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

6th May 2026 (18 days ago)I contacted the network agency to book a viewing for a one-bedroom flat on April 30, 2026. I spoke to an agent who took my details and promised that someone would call me back. After waiting without any response, I called again on May 1, 2026, to complain about not receiving a call. The agent advised me to submit my request on their website, which I did, but still received no response. On May 2, 2026, I called again, and a gentleman booked me for a viewing on May 6, 2026, at 3 PM, but I never received any confirmation. I was confused, so I called on May 6, 2026, at 1 PM to inquire about the address for the viewing. I was informed that there was no arrangement for a viewing at all, and the agent couldn't even find my details. I have never experienced such disorganization before. It seems like there is a lack of communication and competence among the staff, as they could not even manage a simple task like booking a viewing.

23rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

12th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
