19th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)We’ve just sold our home in Kenton (Harrow) with Sonia Estates Ltd and we were really impressed with Mayur and his team. The whole team was brilliant, but a special thank you to Jigar and Kamal for guiding the sale so smoothly from beginning to end. They were always professional, quick to respond and incredibly proactive. Jigar was brilliant he kept everything moving and resolved any issues straight away, we never once had to follow up. We’d gladly recommend Sonia Estates Ltd to anyone thinking of selling.

Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

13th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!- 21st May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Great experience with Robertson Phillips in selling my property. 22nd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)As a first time seller I had a positive experience with LB and felt i was in a safe pair of hands. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
