28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Despite my experience took place 8 years ago, I will keep posting it to let other people know the truth of how they organise business here. Their response was false, I have not received any legal action against me as they know this has happened. The police had informed the person not to contact me via any channels.
The people in charge called my number after he clearly addressed in email that all my personal info has been deleted from their server. He threatened me to delete Google review through two phone calls by saying “ your are a xxx( my job title) at xxx( my work place address), I know where you live. “like a gang. I was forced to report his threaten to The Metropolitan Police, and I have been asked by the police to call 999 immediately if he calls me again or show up at either my property or work place.
Terrible attitude towards customers. One of them made an aggressive phone call and forced us to make a choice. He threatened not to provide any services to us after being refused. First time in my life. Awful experience!!!

We were so pleased with how attentive and kind the team were, in particular Preeya, who was our main person of contact. We met Preeya when she showed us the property and was always an email or phone call away. We also spoke with her colleague Sam, who would reassure us with any issues. As first time buyers, we felt completely out of sorts and there was alot of anxiety with the unknown but the team were exceptional at explaining the steps to us and kept us updated on everything necessary. We now have a new spacious home for our young family thanks to Mischa & Co. Thank you ????????????

Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!
11th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing Hilton & Fox at wembley alperton as your letting agent. Unfortunately, my experience with them over several years was very disappointing.
To be fair, there are a few members of staff who are helpful and professional. However, my overall experience with the few of the staff was poor. I often received rude or dismissive responses, and I frequently had to contact them two or three times before getting a reply. Even after receiving a response, I was often left feeling that my concerns had not been properly understood or addressed.
What concerned me most was the way repairs, safety, and security issues were handled. Problems could take a very long time to be resolved, and sometimes I felt that there was little urgency or follow-up. As a tenant, I understand that expensive repairs may not always be completed immediately, but tenants deserve clear communication, regular updates, and reassurance that their safety and living conditions are being taken seriously.
I was particularly disappointed by comments such as, “If it were your own house, would you fix an expensive problem in one day, or would you try to find a cheaper price and wait?” I found this attitude very frustrating. The issue isn't necessarily about expecting everything to be fixed immediately; it is about how tenants are treated and communicated with while waiting for a solution.
I don't want to name individual staff members because I don't want anyone to lose their job. However, I genuinely believe the company needs to provide better training and make it clear that tenants should always be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. Whatever pressures staff may be dealing with, those should never result in tenants receiving rude or dismissive treatment.
Looking back, I wish I had made a formal complaint much earlier. My advice to anyone considering renting through Hilton & Fox is simple: pay close attention to how they communicate with you from the beginning. If you receive a rude, dismissive, or unsatisfactory response, don't just accept it—raise a complaint and ask for the matter to be properly addressed.
Unfortunately, I continued to experience the same problems throughout my tenancy, right up until the end.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. Tenants deserve to feel that their concerns, safety, and security matter. Based on my personal experience, this is an area where Hilton & Fox needs significant improvement.

Unfortunately, due to reason on my side, we couldn’t proceed with the property this time. I truly appreciate his support, patience and the way he treated us. I also discovered today that some of his messages had gone into my unknown senders folder, which I had unfortunately missed. I’m sorry I missed them but I gave reply today

16th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Superb agents from start to finish. We bought through Wex and Co and Mike was so helpful. So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties .
Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place.
Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

7th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service.
