8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

13th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. If you are looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, budget-conscious, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right property, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

It has been a really stressful situation but Ahmed made renting temporary accommodation easy.<br><br>From the outset he was welcoming, supportive and thorough. He explained everything clearly, was always quick to respond to any questions and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. 1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Just finished our tenancy agreement after 2 years 3 months. The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
