These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.

13th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently completed a move through Kingsbury Estate Agents, and we couldn’t have done it without Joe. Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe’s persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.
3rd Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.
