11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Pollyanna and her colleague Laurie-Anna were very proactive in letting me know that my tenants were moving on. They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

Very attentive, professional, helpful, speedy, and always made sure everything was taken care of. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall). Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home. Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Heartfelt thanks go to Victoria Peters and Laurence Lai for their outstanding professionalism and patient guidance throughout the process of selling my Notting Hill apartment. A friend who has known Laurence for many years first put me in touch with Youhome and from my very first meeting I felt reassured I was in very experienced and knowledgable hands. That impression never wavered. Not only was the marketing of my apartment very professionally done, but throughout the conveyancing process both Laurence and Victoria were extremely helpful, calm, responsive and kind with Victoria always on hand to liaise with the buyer, smoothing the whole process considerably.
27th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)There was a hole behind the kitchen built-in shelves and every day mouse got in through the hole. I told them to send engineer to fix the issue but their answer was maybe you are not clean!! So, I had to move out because of that but they didn’t give my deposit because they said you should stay more than 6 months with mice. They are extremely impolite and rude. One star is too much for them.

I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.

21st Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.
