The team has always been incredibly helpful, supportive and professional. Their attention to their tenants' needs is excellent and any queries or maintenance issues have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.<br><br>It's reassuring to know that whenever we need assistance, they respond promptly and genuinely care about providing great service. We are very grateful for all their support over the years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend McRae's to anyone looking for a reliable and caring letting agent.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team at McRae's for making our tenancy such a positive experience!

The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. I am sincerely grateful for all of his help and support and would not hesitate to recommend both Nick and Hackett Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive and professional agency. 17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
13th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
