She is always quick to respond to emails and questions and very patient in explaining the different processes and time frames to me. Most recently she has helped me arrange a mortgage so I could move down to the coast and she took all the stress out of the situation. She explains options clearly and thoroughly and had regular, friendly check ins throughout the process. Thank you so much!
13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I had a fantastic experience renting through Cray and Norton i have been a tenant for the past 3 years and they have been excellent,unlike other agencies,they are increadibly responsive whenever a maintenance issue arises repairs sorted within hours, communication always friendly,its a relief to have a tenant that looks after tenants ,Thanks Archie and all team ,i will recomend Cray and Norton anytime

16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!
9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I chose Black & Blanc to sell my mother's house ahead of a move to Oxfordshire. Everything from start to finish was managed fantastically well and given my mother is an elderly woman with dementia, handled her sensitively and brilliantly. This was a difficult chain with late complications and a tight timeframe but the whole move was done in under 3 months. That it got done at all was down to the tenacity, professionalism and proactivity of the team there - our negotiator Rhianna in particular, supported by the co-founder Kapil at the business end - in particular in pushing solicitors all across the chain and leaving nothing to chance. Yes, this agent is a little more expensive than some agents but they are so worth it - you don't want to cut corners on something as stressful as a house move. Highly recommended!

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. You are the best!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Poor poor customer service. Tried to sell with them for over 6 months, few viewings, never any feedback from viewings and on occasion asked if my tenants could accomm odate viewing late evenings! A very bare minimum approach, eventually had okay offer, accepted then I had to chase them to chase potential buyer who was clearly stalling on getting a solicitor and survey done, so as I expected offer was from a time waster. Asked for my keys to property to be returned signed for and they sent normal post and I'm still waiting! They charge okay commission compared to some estate agents, but never available, never ring back, just lazy approach, like rubbish advert marketing and then sit back and hope property will sell itself. AVOID.

From start to finish, we genuinely felt he was on our side and guiding us through the process with care and integrity. He kept a cool head during some very tense moments and handled everything with calm professionalism, which made a real difference. 13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Neighbour were very responsive and made use of modern communication tools (e.g. Whatsapp) which made planning and managing the house sale process very straightforward and efficient. Jamie from Neighbour was very transparent and worked hard to protect the chain and progress the sale through to completion. He gave good advice and was always friendly both up and down the chain. Neighbour being a local agent was useful for catchups and local knowledge in the East Croydon/addiscombe area which proved very useful in the early stages of putting the property on the market.

Working with Graham and then Azra they guided me through a changing market and provided fantastic advise and communication throughout the process. Azra is one of the best agents I have worked with, she went above and beyond to keep me updated and was always available despite us being in completely different time zones. I would highly recommend their services.
