If they can’t be bothered to return a simple enquiry, it speaks volumes about how this branch operates and suggests a lack of professionalism across the company as a whole. They also have an impressive network of potential buyers, which proved valuable in reaching the right audience, particularly in a challenging market, where they succeeded in securing the sale of our maisonette. I’d especially like to highlight Danielle, whose efforts in the final stages were outstanding. She went above and beyond to help close the sale, proactively following up with our lawyers, keeping everything moving, and even assisting with practical details like recommending cleaning services. Her focus and determination at that point made a real difference in getting the deal across the line. Giles was also very helpful throughout, offering thoughtful advice and feedback on our property, as well as sharing valuable connections and insight into the Notting Hill market. Overall, a professional and well-connected team with a particularly strong understanding of the Notting Hill area.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. 24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
