Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

21st Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged
8th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

25th Sep 2024 (16 weeks ago)Quality 0 they not say before the visit was a repossession and balif envoled than every day I received a call from mortage company but they only want cash buyer than they waste time of all the finance. When I ask to all the info basic legal info they disappear I waiting the document for 3 weeks and never received Im happy I not pay deposit total waste of time on the day of the visit the price on the paper was put up of extra10k I never had a manager call me YOO BRO… and when I ask specific legal document from the repossession before I spent money everyone disappears if you are not expert in law please before spent 1£ ask to a solicitor, because here they consider you like a stupid person.. and always try to still money … After I and my list of 7 legal document and the EMAIL OF OFFERT ON THE PROPERTY THEY DISAPPEARED… I’m happy I not send them 130.000£ on the day of the view please be far away from this companies

25th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)We sold our flat with Langford Russell after an unsuccessful attempt with a competitor and also an online agent. We wish we'd have gone with them at the start! Jake and Tom were able to secure us two different buyers (after one fell through) and were fantastic at keeping us updated throughout and getting the sale over the line. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone struggling with what seems like an unsellable property!

However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. 20th Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)I recently purchased through Hunters Forest Hill and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing. As the property was a renovation project, I asked several times to revisit the property to take measurements etc to speed up the process once complete - Bradley & Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating with access and getting me into the property. I didn’t feel under any ‘salesman’s’ chat - just good advice, knowledge of the property and area. Thanks again for the smooth process!

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
