22nd Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I would not recommend. Throughout the period of my tenancy BTC were barely responsive to messages, calls and emails. The only time we would be in contact is when THEY wanted to contact us. At the end of my tenancy they were no help in the process of returning our deposit and only decided to a MONTH after my contract ended. I as well as the other tenants were overcharged for costs of the house after the tenancy and BTC just kept telling us “they are the middle man” which was so unhelpful. After telling them we were not paying for costs that we were not responsible for they ghosted us. We ended up accepting the costs they put on us as we were tired of no progress. Again, would NOT recommend.
25th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)If you are a landlord trying to let your property through London Habitat, I would advise you to look elsewhere. I have called 5 times in the last 5 days to view an apartment and the only answer I got was "My colleagues will call you back".

13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

21st Sep 2024 (13 days ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

He was quick to answer all our questions and took us through all the changes the landlord was going to carry out. Jason kept the same level of quick, clear communication during the application process, ensuring we were updated and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Something which we really appreciated in the stressful London market

She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.
20th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We asked 3 Estate agents to value our apartment ready to be put on the sales market. Laurence was so polite and friendly when he came round to provide a valuation. He was knowledgeable of our area and the current market and we just felt comfortable and confident with him. Our apartment sold quite quickly and at our asking price. We are really pleased we chose Aubrey Lee to sell our apartment.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
