16th May 2026 (10 days ago)Michael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. We found our experience with Goldschmidt well above what we have experienced with other agencies. Thanks Michael and thanks G team! P & K
16th May 2026 (10 days ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

9th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Owners should avoid using Westways. As a renter, Westways are the agents to represent landlords. We are renting a place through Westways, where there have been persistent issues. In addressing these issues, Westways persistently show a lack of care and professionalism when addressing these matters. A key issue being, ignoring most matters being raised, taking an extended time to respond to any matters raised and primarily will be an acknowledgement over any possible action, looking to first blame the tenant prior to assessing any issues, sending inadequate contractors to assess issues with a house, and using incorrect contractors to fix issues which ultimately lead to additional issues. Whilst in some instances the house may inherently present issues, the lack of care and professionalism is evident. The comedy of issues we have faced have led to inadequate living conditions we are paying rent for. Additionally, by using their 'own' contractors and not appropriate contractors, issues persist and it leads to a more costly issue for owners. I am not a professional but what I do know is, if you have an issue with plumbing, send a plumber. If the same person who addressed an electricity matter is also tending to a plumbing issue, how can they do a better job than a plumber?

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

He valued the property accurately and provided a good selection of excellent photos for the posting. He acted promptly and communicated well, answering all my queries and concerns. Without any of the shmooze from more well known agents, he provided all the bells and whistles promised by them anyway. I would highly recommend.

10th May 2026 (16 days ago)I've known Jed and the team for 14 years when we purchased our home from them, so it was a no brainer using them again when it came to selling our property. And what can I say, no regrets at all. Organised the photographer and estimation and was on Rightmove within 72 hours of asking. Jed and Phil, great agents to work with. Let's be real buying and selling a house is never straightforward BUT they kept my wife and I calm throughout the process and explained things we didn't know and just made things happen. Couldn't recommend them enough.
