She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

We initially spoke with several agencies and spent around six months looking before making a decision. Ali was the only one who never gave up. He consistently arranged viewings, kept us fully updated on new properties coming to market, and stayed patient despite all our changing requirements. In the end, he found exactly what we were looking for. His experience really shows, and we felt completely confident that we would secure the right property through him. If you’re looking in Finchley Central, he’s definitely the agent to go to.

From the very beginning, Paul was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything clear and straightforward, which really reduced the stress of finding a rental. The team at Hoopers Agency was also efficient and supportive, ensuring that all paperwork and arrangements were handled smoothly and on time. 27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)TK International (specifically Daniel Epstein) made the byzantine buying process in London so much easier. After touring many properties in London and dealing with pushy or unscrupulous agents, Daniel was a relief to deal with. We toured a fantastic property with him, and not once did we feel pressured or tricked. He was honest about issues and open to working with us and the seller to reach agreement. After offer, he made himself available for guidance on the process and ensured that things went smoothly. Highly recommend working with TK!

23rd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)On a good note, the office staff are very helpful and were quick to help and had good communication. On the other hand, had a viewing today at a property and honestly I’ve never had such an experience with a housing agent. I’m still confused to be honest. 1. Attended the property and the agent didn’t even greet or clarify who I was. The first thing she said to me was “You can’t park there please use the parking at the display over there as there’s traffic wardens”. Fair enough and appreciative, once I parked and met up with the estate agent she didn’t introduce herself and she didn’t clarify who I was so I could’ve been a stranger. Basic customer service couldn’t even be met. 2. A viewing has been booked in for a property that is getting work done to it, again… confused. I travelled over an hour to a property that was being painted when I was there so I couldn’t even see the property properly due to all the works going on. (Staff were lovely that were working so not a remark against them but I would hope if you’re going to visit a potential home you would be informed if there’s work going on so you can decide whether it’s worth the trip or not. 3. I’ve been to viewings before and this was honestly the worst experience. I felt uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of my interaction. There was no follow up, no questions just bye and that’s it. The whole viewing was just awkward if that’s the best way to describe it. Thanks to the reception staff that helped me out prior to my viewing and for their kindness and support in answering questions I had previously.

16th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

Very clear communication, honesty, fast responses and all round great customer service. Would recommend Roundtree and especially Lisa if you’re in the market for the property!

Like all estate agencies, there is pushing on both the buyer / seller side and that can feel uncomfortable at times but it was necessary to get the deal over the line. Would recommend.

11th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)As a resident of the building managed by this company and I am concerned about the security measures currently in place. Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

The process with Yolanda was finalised after some delays with the contract including follow-ups regarding utility inclusions. While Yolanda was friendly, more proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother for a new tenant. Glad everything is now sorted and looking forward to the move!

21st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I found communication to be inconsistent and, at times, misleading, which made it difficult to trust how matters were being handled. Transparency was lacking, and decisions didn’t always seem to prioritise landlords best interests. I would advise landlords to proceed with caution.
19th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I run a global real estate and investor services firm; in the UK I was recommended to try Foxton’s after failing to achieve results with other big names. My case was handled by Rory Briers. To me, Foxton’s reputation, that preceded my dealings with them, was revealed in full by this realtor. Rory worked so hard, well beyond his mandate, to get results. I have never seen this”over and above” the call of duty performance while dealing with other realtors. Based on this encounter and other deeper observations, I have directed managers in my firm to explore dealing exclusively with Foxtons for our UK business.
