She was always available to answer any questions or queries I had and was determined to help me find the right place for me. She was prompt, transparent and a friendly person to deal with. 27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)“Chris Rawlings” Wow I was blown away with his knowledge, experience & professionalism. I am in a very difficult situation with another estate agent. Chris was able to give me the most amazing advice of which I am putting into play as of now. He told me his honest opinion even if this meant not good news for myself, of which I truly admire. In the near or distant future I will only be using Chris. Never have I met a gentleman that was so helpful. I’ve realised that there are some very poor estate agents out there. Many Many thanks Chris your awesome!!! However
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

After months of a stressful home search, Nicolas stepped in and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. He found us the perfect place, and I can't thank him enough! 22nd Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

5th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++
9th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.
