In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!

29th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Unprofessional hiring process. They will message you to apply, and then when you do, they will ultimately ghost you. Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

22nd Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor experience from start to finish. I called on Saturday and was told they would check with the current tenants and arrange a viewing. They booked me in for 15:00, but when I called to confirm they went silent and stopped responding.<br><br>I chased again on Monday and they rearranged the viewing for 13:15. I arrived at 13:17. As I pulled up in my car the agent was already leaving, and we made eye contact. It was obvious I was there for the property, yet he carried on walking off, later claiming he assumed I wasn't coming. He couldn't wait even two minutes. When he finally came back to show me the property, he was abrupt, barely spoke to me, and gave the impression he had no interest in showing it at all.<br><br>When I asked about any flexibility on the rent, he told me he already had four other offers, all at the full asking price of £1,375, and that all four had already paid deposits.<br><br>Afterwards I messaged to ask about the council tax and to let them know I liked the property and wanted to put in an offer. Again, no reply. They simply ghosted me.<br><br>A complete lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago.
