20th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Tennisons found me tenants, did all the paperwork, viewings and liaising. My agent was efficient, friendly and very helpful. If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. 5th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Trying to rent out a 3 bed with half the floor literally missing and staples holding other bits down for nearly £2k and then reducing it by £50 a month as if thats remotely sufficient says everything you need to know. Hope landlords and letting agents like this get eradicated ASAP.<br><br>Edit: Nope, definitely not the wrong business! I’m not saying publicly where that flat was lol. I’m not using my real name on Google maps so ridiculous youd think not being able to find someone called “K” on your books is a relevant rebuttal.

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
