They were always available to answer our questions, even outside their normal working hours, which made such a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind.<br><br>From my very first viewing, I met Kamlesh and explained that I needed to complete the whole process within just a month and a half. To my surprise, they managed to get everything completed in just 28 days! Honestly, that was unbelievable and far beyond what I expected.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication, dedication and commitment were exceptional, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. She sent me details of two or three properties. She is enthusiastic and friendly and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and with respect.
7th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with Tuckerman Residential.<br><br>Edward was very professional, polite and patient during the initial stage of my tenancy. He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

Thank you Olivia!- 26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

7th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I have been trying to get a viewing on a property for the last 3 days, and all the calls are diverted to the call centre, promising a call back, but never returned. The property, according to Rightmove, is still available and has been on the market for the last 3 months. If I were a landlord, I would seriously consider the efficiency of how call-backs and viewings are handled, and if the property has been let, I would seriously question the ethics of this company.

He was always available, willing to support, professional and provided feedback/ answers in a timely manner. They clearly are an expert in the Richmond market which shows in their knowledge and expertise.

8th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.

If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
