Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.

17th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot recommend Comber & Co highly enough, especially for anyone looking for a home in Blackheath.<br><br>When I first arrived in the UK, I was completely new to the country and the rental process. I was trying to find a place to live with a limited budget and under a lot of time pressure, and unfortunately many larger agencies were not very responsive or willing to help. At that time, Comber & Co was the team that truly made a difference.<br><br>From the very beginning, Suzanne kindly supported me and helped me find a home when I was feeling quite lost. Her patience, warmth, and genuine care made the whole process so much easier, and thanks to her I was able to settle into London with much more confidence.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy, Debby and Phoebe were also incredibly helpful. The whole team has always been professional, friendly, and approachable. They manage the property extremely well, keep everything up to date, respond quickly whenever there is an issue, and always make you feel that you are being looked after rather than just being a tenant.<br><br>What impressed me most is how reasonable, reliable, and human they are. It is rare to find a letting agency that combines excellent service with such genuine kindness.<br><br>Comber & Co is truly one of the best teams in Blackheath, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
9th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. 30th May 2026 (27 days ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
24th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business
